Return Request:
To initiate a return, please follow these steps:
Send an email to info@indy.club with the subject line: "Return Request - Order #[your order number]." In the body of the email, please provide the following information:
Your full name
Order number
Product(s) you wish to return
Reason for the return
Return Authorization:
Once we receive your return request, our customer support team will review it and send you a Return Authorization email within 7 days of receiving your request. This email will include a return shipping label, instructions for packaging the items, and other relevant details.
Return Conditions:
The return request must be initiated within 30 days of the original order date.
The items you wish to return must be in their original condition, unworn, and with all original packaging and tags intact.
Shipping the Return:
You have up to 7 days from the date of receiving the return shipping label to ship the items back to us.
Pack the items securely in the original packaging or a suitable alternative.
Attach the provided return shipping label to the package.
Return Processing:
Once we receive the returned items, our team will inspect them to ensure they meet the return conditions.
If the returned items meet our criteria, we will process your return and initiate the refund or exchange as requested.
Refunds will be issued using the same payment method used for the original purchase. Please allow 14 for the refund to reflect in your account.
Non-Returnable Items:
The following items are not eligible for return:
Items returned beyond the 30-day return window.
Items that have been worn, washed, or damaged.
Items without their original packaging and tags.
